How long have you been in business?
EPM Services has been in business since 1985.We have the experience of all these years but our thinking and actions are probably more up-to-date than any of our competitors !
What is your primary product or service?
We effectively manage the community association management business of some of the most prominent Orlando HOA & Condo communities.In addition, we work with some of the leading local developers.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
When searching for new opportunities in 2006, I came across this business and Industry and my extensive research showed that the level of Customer Service required by Boards and Homeowners was not necessarily being provided by existing providers.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
I ALWAYS attempt to look at the way we need to operate from the viewpoint of the client - The Board & the Homeowners.Recognition of their needs and satisfaction of their requirements is essential to our success !
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One and we certainly plan to expand, but NEVER at the risk of losing our focus on delivering amazing Customer Service levels to existing community clients.
