I insured my rental house through Preston. Put simply, this company has the worst communication and organizational skills of any business I've ever dealt with.
Over a six-month time frame, I had applied for insurance, been told we only needed another signature to be covered, then been told we needed another inspection, then told we did not need the inspection (once my realtors contacted them), then told 1 month later that we needed the inspection, and then received a notice of cancellation 6 weeks after that. Unbelievable. And all of this occurred while they turned a profit on us - for doing nothing. I literally spent more time working for this policy than they did.
