Been in business for 4 years and a nana for 8.
What is your primary product or service?
Primary Product / Service is selling educational toys. To get the toys into the hands of children, parents, teachers, therapists through parties, fundraisers and all events I may be a part of.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
As a parent - I had purchased these toys for my children. My son is now 33 years old and get to enjoy my grandchildren enjoying them. They are by far, the best toys to play with for all educational needs.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
Our toys are 100% guaranteed - our safety standards meet or exceed other companys. We have a replacement program for most of the toys. We have a program for children with special needs to put the right toy with the right child! We have expanded information on ways to play with each of these toys, getting the most out of them.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
This is a home-based business and I can travel anywhere - to events, homes, schools, or items can be ordered on line.
