During your treatment, you will experience a unique blend of movement, touch, and stillness...long flowing strokes with deep muscular work complimented by gentle rocking and stretching, energy balancing, andpassive joint movement, all to create body awareness and energized relaxation.
You will receive an integration of many modalities, both modernand ancient, Eastern & Western, including Reflexology, Usui Reiki, Craniosacral, Myofascial Release, and therapeutic stretch & traction, as well as Swedish and/or Deep Tissue, which will be the foundation of your
treatment unless you request otherwise. Our intention throughout the course of your session will always be to honor and respect your privacy
and personal boundaries, as well as to draw-in greatest love, greatest light, & greatest good, regardless of the modality being practiced. You are in good hands and heart.

Ancient Art Massage was founded in 2005. However, I have been practicing massage, bodywork, and energy modalities since the late 1970's.
What is your primary product or service?
A holistic approach to therapeutic wellness
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
Growing-up out west in the 60's/70's had everything to do with the earthy, spirit-filled environment I lived in. Massage, bodywork, energywork, yoga, meditation, etc were a huge part of our lifestyles as a community. In addition, I feel at my best when I'm working one-on-one with others...blessed with gifts and wisdoms which are needed in what I do. ~Namaste'
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
From the moment you enter our wellness center, you realize you're not in an ordinary spa. The energy, tranquility, colors, sounds, and vibrations all come-together to facilitate a profound healing and nurturing experience. Also the training and experience of our practitioners is second-to-none in the Central Florida area.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
One amazing location!
