MCD is a full service engineering firm. We provide complete permit ready sets of construction documents for all of the various services that we offer. We strive to find a balance between construction costs, ease of construction, and clear, easy to read plans so that the owner receives the best finished product possible.
Our home office is located in the Orlando area however we have expanded operations into North Carolina and can efficiently service this area and the surrounding market areas. The firm is professionally licensed in 28 states throughout the South East and North East regions.
We are not just Engineers, we are Designers!

All of us at Monta Consulting have our passions for building & design.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We offer a "turn-key" product unlike any other firm. We can include site plans, paving, grading, & drainage; full Design of the structure, interior and exterior down to the last finish nail; Structural Engineering services, Mechanical, Electrical & Plumbing Design & Engineering; and Truss Engineering (wood or metal).
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
We currently have two locations: Orlando, FL and Asheville, N.C. We will be expanding nationwide!

(Orlando) From I-4: take S.R. 436 exit. Head West for 0.10 miles. Make left on to S. Westmonte Dr. Go 0.10 miles. Mayflower Center is on the right. We are on the first floor
